This suggestion from https://github.com/w3c/PWETF/issues/228 seems to have been overlooked:
SUGGESTION 13: Change "Ombudsperson"/"Ombudspeople" to "Ombud"/"Ombuds" throughout.
EXPLANATION: It is simpler, less clumsy, and follows the same established pattern of shortening "Chairman"/"Chairwoman"/"Chairperson" to "Chair".
"Ombud" is also used in other W3C documents, such as https://www.w3.org/Guide/process/suspension.html and https://www.w3.org/Consortium/pwe/
Also, capitalization is inconsistent. Sometimes it is written as "Ombud" and sometimese as "ombud". It should be consistent.
