Do comments have to be raised in english? #320

Is it necessary that comments on CoC are in english, or would we accept them in languages for which we make translations available?

Comments do not have to be raised in English, but please tag the translator so that they can see the comments. (e.g. @koalie translated to French, so please tag her if your comment is in French).
