Discrimination does not need to be fact based to be problematic #336

In the Glossary, the definition of Discrimination is:

The prejudicial treatment of an individual based on criteria such as: physical appearance, race, ethnic origin, genetic differences, national or social origin, name, religion, gender, sexual orientation, family or health situation, pregnancy, disability, age, education, wealth, domicile, morals, employment, or union activity.

Mistargeted discrimination is still discrimination, and so is discrimination based on factors that the discriminated individual does not hold as valid or legitimate. How about:

The prejudicial treatment of an individual based on criteria, whether real or perceived, such as: physical appearance, race, ethnic origin, genetic differences, national or social origin, name, religion, gender, sexual orientation, family or health situation, pregnancy, disability, age, education, wealth, domicile, morals, employment, or union activity.

(just a quick note to indicate that I'm indeed OK with this being handled in after release of the 2023 edition)
