Shorten "ombudspeople" to "ombuds", etc. and use consistent capitalization #339

In https://github.com/w3c/PWETF/blob/main/index.html

It's awkward and unnecessary to read "ombudsperson" instead of "ombud" and "ombudspeople" instead of "ombuds". Please shorten them to "ombud" and "ombuds".

Also, capitalization is inconsistent. Sometimes it is written as "Ombud" and sometimese as "ombud". It should be consistent.
