Reported by jean gui on 3 Oct 2013 12:47 UTC Unicorn should use a custom User-Agent when contacting observers. It seems reasonable to use "W3C_Unicorn/1.0 (http://validator.w3.org/services)" (which is already used to contact the requested URL)
