Upgrade various libraries to their latest stable version #86

Reported by vivien on 28 May 2010 09:38 UTC Unicorn should use the latest stable release of its libraries as they may contain important security or bug fixes This is important as we are getting closer to the 1.0 release.

This means that all jar files under WebContent/WEB-INF/lib/ should be checked.
