Organize the public presence of the WebID CG

This is a general issue to track changes that need to be made in order for the WebID CG and the WebID specifications to have a coherent web presence.

This has been open for roughly three weeks and I have explicitly mentioned it in two different instances of the weekly "chair's overview" (2024W04 and 2024W05). I'll start taking some of these on in the next few days. Unless anyone objects to it I'm inclined to skip the whole PR process and just work on the main branch.

EDIT: actually, no, that would be a bad idea and a dangerous precedent. I will consider shortening the length of the review period, though.
