Indicating presence or absence of additional space characters for word segmentation #76

Text in some languages (Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Lao) is typically written without introducing characters between words. However, adding space characters between words makes the text more accessible. We thus need accessibility metadata for indicating the presence or absence of additional space characters for word segmentation.
