I now understand that values are arranged in alphabetical order. But after Adaptation Terms, should we introduce "Internationalization Terms" and move some values to this new subclause? Should I open a new issue about this new subclause?

That would probably make them easier to differentiate. The categories are only to make reading through all the values easier, so there isn't a high bar to adding new ones. Four terms is enough in my opinion to have another.

I will then create a single pull request for creating a new subclause, which has 6 values: 2 for horizonta/vertical writing, 2 for word segmentation, and 2 for ruby. After that, we can close this PR.
