Unfortunately, we need a reply as soon as possible since the W3C VCWG is approaching CR in October.

APA reviewed the document. We believe the current accessibility considerations referenced in the parent spec [VC-DATA-MODEL] could be fleshed out in light of the discussion this review generated.

We think our suggestions are all non-normative, and that the parent spec is open to such an edit.
