Some reference images are missing #4

There are 6064 entries in the JSON file, but only 5981 reference images. There are some symbols with a 28xxx bciav but no matching SVGs, for example. (There may be others; these are just the ones I've noticed.)

I checked Symbols reference images at: http://www.blissymbolics.net/BCI-AV_2020-03-09/bliss_svg_id.zip it shows that only 5981 images are there, I will confirm with Russell.

This is the current release candidate that will not materially change before release which will be within a month. There are 6182 symbols and include 28xxx and 29xxx series.

The JSON will need to be regenerated from the spreadsheet which can also be found at the above URI. Or, you could use the current JSON and just omit the latest symbols and update it when the release is official.
