"PROPOSAL: When tagging an issue with 'Needs FEP', our general procedure should be: close it in 7 days. BUT 1) we also post a link to this list of closed 'Needs FEP' issues off the various landing pages of the group, and 2) Also maintain a list of them in an open issue that's just the 'Needs FEP' epic. "
