ex196-jsonld includes Mention tag for Sally #458

Per suggestion in #423. Resolves #423

@gobengo sorry to say this after you've filed so many PRs but I think we can't touch the spec itself and instead should be issuing errata. I'm not really sure if that's true but you might want to hold off on putting any more work in until we get that resolved.
