rename Post to Publish #88

currently we use Post to express publishing something online:

Indicates that the actor is posting the object. If specified, the target indicates to entity to which the object is being posted.

Implementations can treat Post as being generally equivalent to Create

many people associate Post with BlogPost which AS2.0 represents with Note or Article

IMO Post may sound for most people as specific type of Object and not Activity, also Publish sounds like generic term meaning to Create something online.

also thinking of Share it looks like as:Share rdfs:subClassOf as:Publish

in sense of publishing something somewhere, which someone else originally published elsewhere
