Removing most instances of 'non-essential' and 'unnecessary' when used with 'distractions.' #213

Generally, these terms are redundant only distract from the impact of our sentences. They are left in the one instance where 'distractions' are defined. Thereafter, they're unneeded and could contribute to confusion, e.g. distinction between a necessary and an unnecessary distraction.
