Refactored per r12a test formats.

The test seems ok. Title is slightly on the long side, but probably not a big deal.

Hi Richard. The status is still set to ok as I haven't changed it. Although the use of ZWNJ inherently belongs under 2.5, but here the presence or absence of ZWNJ to prevent cursive default behavior is having an effect on text boundary and that's what we are testing here.
