[New Use Case] Preservation of Meta Data #129

Closed RealJoshue108 closed 3 years ago

RealJoshue108 commented 3 years ago

@JaninaSajka has raised a new user need relating to the preservation of meta data in 3.12 Call participants and status.

The idea is that some call or conversation data relating to who is on the call needs to be captured and exportable, so it can be reviewed after a meeting.

I've reviewed this, and don't think we need a new user need. So I've written a new draft requirement relating to 'Call participation and status' and added it to '2021-jan-raur' branch: It states:

REQ 14b: Ensure participant metadata such as their name, their affiliation or other relevant information, is correctly associated >with the meeting record and can be preserved for review after the call. This should be done with the participants consent.

I hope this captures the thinking and spirit of the discussion @JaninaSajka

Note, I also edited the user need to not explicitly call out 'a screen reader user' - as I think the user need is broader than just screen reader users.

There was agreement that this new requirement and edit to the main user need are good to go,.

New requirement is 'REQ 14b: Ensure participant metadata such as their name, their affiliation or other relevant information, is correctly associated with the meeting record and can be preserved for review after the call. This should be done with the participants consent.'
