Add text to audio description synchronization and XR environment synchronization sections #195

The text of the audio description and XR environment synchronization sections is still to be completed and added to the draft.

I note that this issue was partially resolved before publication. Currently, we have a complete Section 2.4 Video Description Synchronization, although for Section 2.5 XR Environment Synchronization we have only an Editor's Note requesting feedback on this topic.
