The different roles for which guidance is cited (and their associated sections in the document) should be clarified. #221

This document refers to W3C guidance and offers additional (non-normative) advice concerning several aspects of remote meetings. Specifically, meeting software development, the preparation of documents associated with meetings (e.g., presentations), and the strategies available to meeting hosts and participants are all discussed.

The section headings (especially for subsections) should be clarified to provide readers of the document with a better sense of what aspect each section/subsection covers.

These aspects are not the same as distinct audiences. For example, in a one-person organization, the same individual may be responsible for platform selection, preparation of presentations or other materials, and hosting a meeting to which other parties are invited. Perhaps this is best thought of in terms of roles rather than in terms of distinct people (whereby each person may have one or more roles in relation to meetings).

It also isn't clear whether section 4 is addressed to platform creators or to those responsible for selecting an existing meeting platform, or both. Note that platform selection is also the subject of section 7.1, hence there is possible overlap here.

In addition, section 7 refers to "virtual conferences", but it isn't clear whether this is meant to be synonymous with "remote meeting" or a separate category. If it is a distinct category, then it will need an explanation in the definition section, and a justification of why it raises distinctive accessibility concerns. The text suggests to me that the section is actually about remote meetings generally, and should perhaps be renamed (with the terminology changed accordingly to "remote meetings" rather than "virtual conferences").

I believe I resolved this issue in reorganizing aspects of the document. My proposed changes were reviewed and merged.
