Most of the documents in this repository are now being maintained in their own individual repositories. How should we encourage W3C participants in other groups or members of the public who wish to submit issues or pull requests to refer to those repositories in future, instead of opening issues/pull requests here?
For example, a prominent note could be added to README.md indicating that the documents have moved, and providing links to the new repositories.
