I have been merging my own PRs in this project until now, as I was the sole contributor.
It's not good practice, not having peer review; and it goes against our custom at W3C.
Because I want to be more rigorous going forward (so that this tool is mature for production, and adoption increases), and because there are others now whose objectives and skills overlap with mine (eg, @tanyeah), I'll try to get reviews as often as possible, and to have others merging my PRs to master.
