Document user-enabled installation process [macos] #21

The macos driver will initially use automated installation. This will likely require disabling mac's SIP feature. That would be fine for CI environments but for users and developers this is not a good solution. Add support for user performed steps that cannot be automated normally.

Some likely steps to be performed by the user:

Accept Gatekeeper prompt when first launching
Enable com.apple.AudioUnit extension in System Settings

I've renamed this issue, changing the word "Support" to "Document", to more clearly describe the work that @mzgoddard had in mind.
