Acknowledgements needs updating #58

Fixes #57

Updates wg-active to be current members of the working group (not really active members) and contributors to be everyone who was formerly in the active list and is no longer a member. I can't remember how we normally do this though. Also - we need to take into account github contributors which this does not at the moment

When I add the respec fragment <ul id="gh-contributors"></ul> I get the following people listed.
