Trim ids when cloning descriptions #76

ReSpec assigns ids to reference nodes, and cloning them causes id collision issue as seen in https://github.com/w3c/aria/issues/1623#issuecomment-953903263. This workarounds the issue.

@jnurthen Per #61, should the file be moved to w3c/aria and should the fix happen there instead?

@saschanaz No - not until we progress that issue. aria-common ins the right place for now.
