Remove "Browser and Assistive Technology Support" navigation link from APG example pages #1417

Since we have a notice "Important Note About Use of This Example" for each example pages, we will removew "Browser and Assistive Technology Support" navigation link from APG example pages

We expect that the notice will be updated when new APG site is launched. However, I don't see the important note from new design I am mentionig @isaacdurazo, @richnoah and @mcking65 for the confirmation.
