AT Support tables: Add warning disclosure for ARIA-AT data coming from recommended test plans #3018

The recent changes to update the expandable warning box for the APG Support tables embed only covered the case of a Candidate Report, but not for a Recommended Report.

Please add expandable warning to recommended reports.
