Describe your concern

I was asked to answer some client questions and it ended up being a form that references to a document from 2000 and it's the first time I've seen this document.

Link to the version of the specification or documentation you were looking at at

Suggestion: add a note to this page that it's outdated as of (date) and link to what users should refer to instead

Looks like this should be in WCAG not ARIA, closing issue and will file it there.
