https://w3c.github.io/automotive/spec/VISSv2_Transport.html#mqtt only lists 4 normative references, two of which for RFC keywoards; it should have normative references at least for JSON, JSON schema, WebSockets protocol, MQTT - and maybe more (I haven't done a deep review)
