Consolidating Use Case Content into One File #11

There is considerable overlap between the content in:

  1. Use Cases and
  2. Application Areas

It would be advisable to choose one method and location for accumulating this list. Overall, the term "use case" seems the better fit. Please leave a comment below in the next day or two if you object to combining this content in the Use Cases file and deleting the content in Application Areas.

Looking forward: I suggest allowing this content to become a super-set of potential domain specific contexts of use for Blockchain technologies. A more comprehensive and complete list of relevant use cases is a good starting point for identifying the best potential subset of good candidates for further work on standard interoperation. Standardization Value and Readiness and W3C Focus and Fit are the current criteria for identifying potential candidates for further work on standard interoperation.

The complete list can be prioritized in rounds (before and during the Workshop). The Program Committee members and workshop attendees can allocate points or priority ranking for use cases using tools like the Google Form "linear scale" and "choice grid" question types enable ranking items on a linear scale).
