Allow specifying email subject when updating an event #62

I assume it will be common practice for a group to rarely establish a meeting cadence, but then update each individual event with an agenda in advance of that meeting.

It would be quite useful to allow the updater to specify the subject line of the email that is to be sent out. Currently, a new event has the subject line: Event Invitation: <Name of Event> and this is fine, but an update has the subject line: Event Updated: <Name of Event> which many email clients will group into a single thread along with all other event updates.

I would like the option of giving an update a unique subject line, e.g., "[AGENDA] for VCWG 01 September 2021" or "VCWG Meeting - new zoom link"

This would allow me to clarify what the update is about, and would unlink the updates into separate email threads in many email clients which allows participants to respond within the context of a particular update.
