Change the default event duration to 50 minutes #83

Some organizations have established a practice that "1 hour" meetings are expected to run for a maximum of 50 minutes. This reduces the likelihood that meetings run over past the start time of a next meeting and also allows participants a short break between adjacent meetings.

Accordingly, I suggest that the default duration of an event be set to 50 minutes rather than the current 1 hour.

I am not sure about that. Most (all?) of our WG-s use one hour slot. As long as this is the case, I do not think the calendar system should unilaterally start with 50 minutes slots...

And some groups may have a standard practice of scheduling 80 minute or 110 minute meetings. Perhaps a more welcome feature request is to have per-Group configurations?
