Currently you can define the time unit by which the event recurs, and how often it recurs (every week, every two months, etc).
But there does not seem to be a way for you to define more involved use cases. For example, the meeting takes place the second and the fourth week of the month on Thursdays.
It would be good to have the ability to specify the week of the month, or the month of the year, where the event takes place.
