Replace or generalize the example in section 2.2.4 #12

According to John Rochford on the APA Working Group mailing list,: https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-apa/2021Dec/0032.html the example in section 2.2.4 no longer corresponds to the Web site concerned. Perhaps we should genralize the example without referring to a specific Web site that is subject to change.
