Suggestion for Community Group Reports #8

Currently there are only two states for Community Group reports (draft and final), and this is reflected on the ReSpec status tags (CG-DRAFT, CG-FINAL).

We would like to propose a “middle” state in-between the two. That is, a “last call” CG-DRAFT, so we can go to the wider community with this penultimate state.

Also, can we update (or remove?) the watermark from “unofficial draft”to “draft report” ? (as the CG reports are not “unofficial”!)

Perhaps the logo in the top LHS can be updated to be: 1 - horizontal 2 - slightly larger text for the status

And/or - put the status the SOTD via ReSpec
