fix grammar, add links, follow on #1 #13

I've merged did-core's history into the controller-document history, since that's where this spec came from. In doing so, the commit hashes for this PR were dropped :(. Please re-raise the PR from your copy of the repository @TallTed.

But when I start toward a PR, it says --

There isn’t anything to compare. w3c:main and TallTed:patch-1 are entirely different commit histories.

I had to pull in DID Core's history in order to ensure continuity of IP protection for this document AND to avoid future discussions where we try to remove the people that contributed most of the content to this document. This changed all the commit hashes, which is why your branch now deviates from main.

Please create a new PR on the "new" main branch. You might have to destroy your copy of the repository to do this.
