Update description of `ltr`, `rtl`, and `auto`. #840

Fixes #839.

Added inherit as an instance value, which is described for textDirection, but was not added to the namespace.

Note that this updates publish date to today for all of the namespace documents, which seems appropriate, but if we want to go back in time, that will take some correction.
