@gkellogg does this change affect (when executed, that is) the document proper or only the files that are to be added to /ns? If the former, it has to remain as an open Erratum, if the latter, we can generate the new values and update the /ns. However you have the right Ruby environment to do that (I presume), I do not...:-)
That being said, I am fine with merging, my question only affects the next step. Thanks @ajtucker
Actually, the change affects the executable which creates the vocabulary and context in the /ns directory; to be complete, the script needs to be run and the affected files changed. The actual TR documents are unchanged.

In this case, if everyone involved with CSVW errata agree that this is indeed a bug then we can do the changes on /ns
If we agree to merge the request, I'll follow up with the result of running the script.

csvw.ttl currently uses a property dc:imports that doesn't exist in Dublin Core. I think it's just a typo and should really be owl:imports.
