Wrong variable name used in Appendix F #886

In Appendix F, just below F.6.5.6, it says

θ1 is fixed in the range −360° < Δθ < 360° such that

I believe instead of the θ1, there should be a Δθ there too.

This seems to be for the SVG group, not CSVW.
