Coga Suggested Edit: Add plain language names example #49

Comment from COGA Task Force.

This suggestion was inserted into the the second paragraph of '1.2 Distinctive features of collaboration tools', after "... manifest in the user interface of the tool." and before "From this perspective ..."

Use plain language names for each feature or process. Example: Using words like "fork" do not describe the feature using concrete language related to the task. Use chat instead of IRC.

(Note: It strikes me (David) that this might not have been the intended location for this suggestion. Is there anywhere else it might fit?)
