All - this metadata update is in preparation for the anticipated Working Draft publication. Given the whole group has assumed responsibility for the maintenance of this spec, the editor metadata is updated accordingly.

The chairs want to thank the former editors Rich Tibbett, Tim Volodine, Steve Block, and Andrei Popescu for their significant contributions throughout the years.
