Center the link inside a "table cell" #16

The HTML Media Capture Recommendation link in the lower right corner of https://www.w3.org/2009/dap/roadmap isn't centered in the "table cell". This patch fixes the issue.

I noticed inline-flex actually yields even nicer narrow layout that can fit in the milestones too, updated https://github.com/w3c/devicesensors-wg/commit/0b5706b8b1cfba755f1301576ec72ed5fb8d6747
