Re-created figure 3 #681

There was a bug in figure 3 (ie, in diagram-did-document-entries.png): it included "assertainMethod", which is not a core property. I took the opportunity to re-created the figure altogether in SVG (better for, eg, a11y).

@rhiaro note that I have also added the entry to ECHIDNA (for some reason it was not there...)

As we know, the preview does not work with the images; here is the SVG file using githack

I should have commented this on the original PR for this diagram, but is there a risk that the 'unregistered' properties become registered at some point and this diagram becomes out of date? especially the representation-specific ones..

You mean the YAML or xmlns? That is all right. The diagram represents a moment in time (when the publication comes out) and we can update this if that happens.
