Editorial: Make example DID match example DID document #710

The example DID is did:example:123456789abcdefghijk The example DID Document references a DID of did:example:123456789abcdefghi

The spec doesn't explicitly state that the example document is linked to the example DID but this is likely to be assumed by readers and the difference may be confusing.

Thank you @adrianhopebailie! Just as a heads up, we've paused merges temporarily just until we went into CR (happened last Thursday). We're going to make sure the WG is ok w/ starting up merges again now that we're in CR on this coming Tuesday's call. Your PR is editorial, so I expect will be the first thing that goes in once that happens.
