Edit initial sections #20

This attempts to apply criteria from #15, to the Abstract, Status of This Document section, and Methods section.

Link to DID Core terms using data-cite
Add more links for terms
Use capitalization consistent with DID Core for terms such as DID document and DID method.
Try to improve some wording. Split some clauses out into their own sentences.
Remove uses of "should"
Fix typos
