Need to update incomplete criteria #18

Several of the most recent criteria, including, for example, Section 2.7.5 which is missing several elements. It lacks any responses, has no relevance section, and had a fake Example.

We editors should do a quality control pass and make a call about which of these are worth updating, which should simply be marked "provisional" and which should just be deleted.

We should review and add issues for any that remain in need of fixes.

I missed one in the Security and Privacy section.

I see a whole bunch that are missing in sections I didn't work on. I hadn't been looking at those -- only the ones that I contributed to. I suspect your PRs with additional evals will fill them out?
