Are we trying to say: "Franklyn realizes that, over time, the merchant will have an increasingly accurate profile of his interests and decides to begin using a new DID, unlinked to the previous one? The merchant may also offer Franklyn the option of revoking their current DID in which case access to and use of the information associated with the DID would be restricted to legal record-keeping mandates clearly described in the merchant's privacy policy.

Thanks @agropper I agree that makes it clearer.

@jandrieu I've made another couple of commits to include Adrian's wording at the end of the UC. Over to you to merge if you're satisifed.
