Updates for Accessibility #195

Horizontal dependencies promoted to minimal requirement
Added language relating to accessibility to various requirements
Added accessibility use cases and adapted some use cases to be related to accessibility

The changes are according to my recommendations. So, nothing more to add to use cases at this time. Would like to highlight an inconsistency: In extended requirements section, requirement 18 (for audio books interface) is not updated in the table. Good integration @francofaa!
