fix typos in justifications and EU DGA extensions #164

I fixed typos and generated corresponding HTML. Additionally, I'm not finding dpv:PublicRegisterOfEntities in the DPV HTML spec.

@besteves4 looks good, thanks for this (y) For PublicRegisterOfEntities, apparently we never 'approved' it in DPV o.O. I've added it in now in the Entities module, so I will add that on top of your commit. Note: I will squash and merge your commits as a single commit as the differences are quite minor.
