New Concept(s)

The RISK taxonomy should provide a taxonomy for rights impacts e.g. right is prevented from being exercised, is not fulfilled, and in the extreme vase has been violated. Specific concepts should be provided for each right modelled using DPV e.g. EU-GDPR and EU-Rights, so that it can be explicitly and easily specified which right has been impacted and in what way. E.g.

risk:RightExercisePrevented skos:broader risk:RightsImpact .

eu-gdpr:A20Impacted skos:broader risk:RightImpact .
eu-gdpr:A20ExercisePrevented skos:broader eu-gdpr:A20Impacted, risk:RightExercisePrevented .
