[Concept]: Rules fulfilment and applicability statuses

New Concept(s)

In meeting SEP-10 the group agreed to include statuses for RuleFulfilmentStatus fulfilment and applicability as follows:

• RuleFulfilled
• RuleUnfulfilled
• RuleViolated
• ProhibitionViolated
• ObligationUnfulfilled
• ObligationViolated
• ProhibitionFulfilled
• ObligationFulfilled
• PermissionUtilised
• PermissionNotUtilised

These are aimed to provide an overview of whether the rule applies (e.g. permission utilised) and whether it has been successful (e.g. obligation fulfilled).

• [ ] add docuemntation and examples to dedicated Rules HTML doc

@besteves4 is working on further rule concepts in her work and will have updates regarding tracking rules statuses.
